How is a stretch ceiling quote calculated?
The "Ceiling" template takes area, perimeter, number of corners, light fittings and pipe bypasses. Membrane is calculated per m², profile by perimeter, labour by your own formula. Your prices, your mark-ups.
Can we manage several crews?
Yes. Installations are scheduled by day and crew, and each crew lead sees their jobs on their phone and gets notifications.
The crew takes cash on site. How do we track it?
Payment is recorded against the order on the spot, from a phone. The owner sees how much cash each crew holds and reconciles it when the money is handed in.
We're small — just 3 people. Isn't this too complicated?
No. The "Start" plan is €45 a month for the whole company, up to 5 people. You can start the same day, and we migrate your customers from Excel.
Does Darbo24 calculate membrane cutting?
Not yet — cutting by roll width is in development. For now the membrane is calculated by area, and the supplier order goes out from the order with the room sizes.
