Yes. In "Products" you set the parameters (width, height, colour, hardware) and usage formulas: profile 2×(W+H), seals, corner brackets, labour. Cost and price are calculated instantly, parts are matched to the profile colour and written off from stock when the product is finished.
An order comes from several suppliers. How do we keep track of what hasn't arrived?
The order is assembled from parts, and the crew lead sees "2 of 3 arrived — waiting for profile". The "ready to install" alert only comes when everything is in stock.
Will it work for a large job with an architect and site manager?
Yes. Create a project, invite the architect, site manager and client by link and set their role. Drawings are stored with versions, approvals with a date and comment. Guests can't see margins or purchase prices.
